Ebay bucks?

I manage an Ebay account for work, and I have noticed that my work gets paid in ebay bucks, when they purchase something. For my personal account, I have made 7 or 8 purchases recently, but have not seen anything about getting it for myself. Is this something that is only offered to stores? Or am I just a fool and missing it completely? Thanks to anyone who can help me!
