I registered the other day under this name and bought a product that is now being delivered. The problem is I cant trace the package because E-bay says it was bought by an account by the name of "N_namax_tj6olyj2nj", but is sends all the information to my E-mail, even the seller has confirmed this other name. I sent a package to my girlfriend and put her down on the shipping adress, so I get some thing adressed to my name, and some things adressed to my Gf's name, but all to the same E-mail. And I cant access that other account in any other way, when I sign in using my E-mail I'm logged in to this account..
No idea what is going on, please help, Im in Korea so calling customer support is not optimal, and for some reason there is no E-mail to contact.
