Error #50351 Money taken back out of your PayPal account. Help wanted.

Can you please help me; I have tried to get to the bottom of the error #50351 that my buyers are getting.

I have talked with EBay cs and they say our account is fine.

I also have talked with PayPal and they also say my PayPal account is fine also.

What happens is when a buyer orders from us at the end of ordering they get” Your request could not be processed at this time ERROR#50351"

Then the payment goes into our PayPal account and in minutes is sent back to the buyers.

We have had 14 so far in 24hours.

PayPal said it's EBay as EBay have a number for the error.

Please, please help me as alot of the buyers think it's us that’s doing this.

Also none of these sales are showing up in our EBay sales.

I don’t know what to do to fix this, please help.

I am not sure about that error # but in my case Paypal explanation: eBay setup, site preferences buyer requirements.

It happened to me when I was making a purchase.  Apparently you have to check off paypal as an accepted payment in your listings.  If you don't have it checked off then the buyer gets the error message.  I called ebay and that is what I was told.  And get this....I was also told to go ahead and contact the seller and pay with a credit card!   I thought Ebay sellers were only allowed to accept paypal.  So I refused, besides it was a seller in China and no way was going to give them my credit card number. I cancelled the sale.  Try revising those listings and make sure the paypal payment option is checked off.
