When I have tried to pay a seller for multiple items and need a revised invoice for combined shipping and use the “Request total from seller link”, in several cases in the last two weeks I keep getting the following message: Sorry, we could not complete your request at this time. Even when I have tried again in a few hours, get the same results. So end up having to contact the seller directly to request a revised invoice. The sellers involved do list a combined shipping rate on their listings. Why is this error message occurring? It cause delays in making a Paypal payment and very inconvenient.
