FREE GALLERY? NOT WORKING AT ALL!!!

I just tried to add some pictures and I am still asked to pay 35 cents! Anyone has the same problem?

I seems to work for us. When you relist your item do not check box for gallery. The last page WHEN LISTING will indicate the total cost for the auction and indicate FREE GALERY.

Yes, you are right, but it makes a gallery picture from my main picture! Of course, I can do it manually now, but how many time I need to revise all my 850 listings..??

I accidently put the wrong thumbnail on a listing last night. (item 370025244445). I realized it right away and revised it to show the correct image.

Now, the correct image shows within the listing BUT the wrong image still shows in the gallery view. I thought it might "re-index" over night but nope, my store still shows two pictures of the same painting!

I have confirmed that it shows this way on unrelated computers that wouldn't have anything in cookies.

This morning, I tried to delete the image altogether and did, however it still appears in the gallery view, with the correct image in the listing.

I will go to live help when available but would appreciate any ideas.

I had the same problem - the only solution I found is to close the auction and relist it.

Nothing new. It has always taken anywhere from hours to days for the revised gallery picture to show up in listings and search.

In my experience it has taken minutes or hours - not days. Could be though, will keep hoping. Item has a bid now.:|

Amazing! It is now days later and the thumbnail in the gallery view still hasn't revised.

Like they say, I guess, "Measure twice, cut once!"
