Feedback left to sellers - Individual DSR's...

I can view the overall DSR's left by buyers for me, but I would be interested in seeing the individual DSR's each buyer has left for me over the last little while, and have no clue as to whether a report exists to view such things.

(ie) I would like to see the individual DSR's left for me by the last 50 buyers. My overall ratings hold steady at 4.9 but I would like to know who left what relating to communications, item description, shipping etc...

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks to all who respond.

As far as I know, there's no way to tell which buyer left you with what DSR. Ebay tells the buyer that the DSR they leave is completely anonymous.

bilge is right - ebay doesn't want buyers that left low DSR's identified, so there's no way to find out ( you aren't even supposed to be trying, it's a violation to try, I think)

If you want to spend lots of time it's IS possible to figure out who left what.

I wouldn't bother...

You might not be right about who left what,

You can't contact them about it anyway,

Blocking buyers who don't like you is kind of pointless because they are unlikely to buy from you again,

And finally if you received a low rating you either can easily tell who it came from because of known issues with the transaction or you find out you got a low rating that was "unwarranted" and thus nothing you can do to avoid it in the future.

Unless you have pretty conclusive proof that the ratings given were malicious, the purchase made with the sole purpose of leaving poor ratings, there is nothing that eBay can or will do

( you aren't even supposed to be trying, it's a violation to try, I think)

The violation is not in the "finding" it's the harassing of the buyer that is a violation.

I agree that is pointless to monitor the FB, but that was not the question.

As was said, if you monitor DSR often enough, then you can figure out who left what.

Record average rating after each FB given.

The unknown DSR is AverageAfter * NumberAfter - AverageBefore * NumberBefore

where:

AverageAfter ... average rating after DSR given
AverageBefore ... average before DSR given
NumberAfter ... number of ratings after DSR given
NumberBefore ... number of ratings before DSR given, also NumberBefore = NumberAfter - 1

You can easily make a spreadsheet where you enter 2 numbers per each DSR category for each line and it will come up with average rating given in window between monitoring points. The idea is that the window contains only single FB then the window average is the actual number.

Correction:

if you have multiple feedbacks between "before" and "after", then the formula for their average is:

AverageAfter * NumberAfter - AverageBefore * NumberBefore / (NumberAfter - NumberBefore)

And in that case there will be no way to find out exactly who left what, only their average.

You guys are missing an important part of the equation: DRS dropping off after three months or twelve months.

Good Luck figuring that out!

The other problem with the formula is the assumption DSRs are shown by eBay at the same time the feedback appears.

That assumption is incorrect. DSRs are delayed by eBay to protect the concept of DRS: it is anonymous. to protect the buyer from retaliation.

Not perfect but nearly impossible to crack for active sellers.

Forget it, Feedback is delayed like mentioned below, your wasting your time & you will never know the real formula ebay uses

I think it should be in real Time, But this is not the Case, you can't beat the system nor is it 100% accurate 🙂
