Feedback not there for hoodie paid for Nov. 10 and delivered Dec. 29, WHY??

I bought a hoodie on November 10, 2015 -- paid for it on November 10, 2015.  It was delivered, finally on December 29, 2015.  There is no place that I can put my Feedback.  Feedback space has been obliterated.  My other purchases, from November still have the Feedback space available, in fact, all of my purchases have always had the feedback space available, until this 'hoodie' purchase from Shanghai Asia.

If you are wondering where you can put your feedback,  alas, on an item purchased Nov. 10/15 it is simply too late.  You only have 60 days in which to leave feedback.  The following link explains that:

You can always leave a reply to any feedback the seller may have left you, but that's not much.  

Better yet, there is nothing stopping you from sending the seller a nice note of thanks telling how much you like your new item.
