I did some bulk editing today to change one feature on all of my listings. There was no charge for the first 500 items selected and the change was made. When I went to do the second half (the remainder of my listings) the bulk editor showed a fee of 30 cents. I cancelled that and tried it one page of 50 at a time. The first page was edited with no fee again but the next page showed a cost of 20 cents. I had not even selected a feature to edit when the fee showed up.
Is this something new and, if so, why is it hit and miss with the fees?
