is the seller I'm dealing with.
I have evidence that I made the purchase. I've been emailing the seller for over 1 month about not receiving the item. He claims that it was sent and then re-sent. However, the tracking # in Ebay for China Post Air Mail is not known to China Post Air Mail!
This seller is scamming me because I only had to pay once cent for the item - but I also paid $23 for shipping. Not my fault they didn't have a reserve on the item.
This was to be a Christmas gift for my kids, which I purchased October 7. It is not Dec 15 and I don't have the item. Ebay says I have to wait 6 days before they will issue the refund, but I've been fighting with this seller for weeks now.
The seller even asked me not to provide back feedback and then when I demanded a refund yesterday they said it was a hardship and could only offer 30% back!
Do not purchase from - a scam seller from Hong Kong.

You can only leave feedback up to 2 months. After that it is too late. You said you bought it October 7th so now you can't leave feedback. Also if you don't receive your item especially from China only accept a refund. Never accept for them to resend it to you. That is just stalling for time.

Then it is time to stop doing that since it gets you nowhere. Never engage in a lengthy to-and-fro with a reluctant seller. If they are clearly putting you off and delaying you, just file a claim and get a refund.
On eBay you have 30 days after that LAST date of delivery to file a claim. When you initiate the dispute and the seller is no help (just arguing with you and giving you lame excuses) then ESCALATE as soon as the system allows. No more talk and arguing with the seller. They know exactly what they're doing and hope that you don't.
If you miss the claim date on eBay, you have 180 days from when you PAID to open a claim for refund on PayPal. Again, just do it if the seller is delaying you with false promises and excuses.
If you don't have a PP account and used a credit card instead, phone the Customer Service department on your card statement and tell them you need to do a chargeback.
In every instance, the problem is an ITEM NOT RECEIVED. You are entitled to get what you pay for. If you don't then get your money back.
And NEVER close a claim until you have the refund back. Many sellers like this one will tell you if you close your claim they will refund right away after. Not true. Once you close it you can't reopen it again.
As for feedback, don't worry about it. Feedback no longer counts against a seller and too many buyers just go for the item and don't read it anyway. Just get your refund, that's what matters most.
