I've bought an item, wich has never been delivered. I asked a refund and the seller asked me my ebay acount, my name, my paypal account. Do I give these informations to the seller?
He shouldn't need to, he can just cancel the transaction in paypal if I'm not mistaken. That's what usually happens when I ask for a refund, the seller retracts his charge and it shows up on paypal.
