Ordered, paid, received a tracking number, UPS says it's a non-tracking number, but never received the item! Seller won't answer my e-mails! Apparently was shipped Oct 9 and as of Nov. 3 have not received it.

What recourse do I have?

Hi lastplace.. is it the otterbox. Shipping shows USPS mail not UPS.

 

Its been a month and seller is not responding. Go to the resolution center in your PayPal account and open an item not received dispute. Escalate to a claim.

 

Can close if item arrives before refund or repay if after.

 

Claims must be filed within 45 days and best to file no later than day 43 from payment date.
