Or so that's what my PAYPAL support person just told me. I had a buyer that was unable to pay (actually have a number that haven't paid all within the last couple days, that's why I called PAYPAL). When I called PAYPAL to verify there wasn't a problem with my account (the non-payers are all for larger purchases!!!) they confirmed there wasn't and advised me that there is a "sporadic" problem in eBayland where Buyers of "buy it now" items will not be able to pay - the solution they gave me was for me to send a direct invoice, or to have the buyer use the "send money" process....as per always I got the "they are working on it" line.....another day, another adventure it seems.....
