Hello, since when has ebay allowed members to sell counterfeit items?

eBay does not allow it.  Unfortunately, some people break the rules, just like some people drive faster than the speed limit.

Life would be so easy if everyone always obeyed every rule.

Was it listed as counterfeit item in the description or title?

I never heard eBay have algorithms or a team to detect if an item posted is counterfeit or not...
