Help filing for final fee credit for refund

I have had to do my first refund & cannot for the life of me figure out how to file for a final fee credit for this.
All I can find is a non-paying bidder form.
Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Dispute Centre -> unpaid item dispute -> mutual cancellation

Before filing, inform the buyer that they will recieve a message from eBay that they have to agree to the mutual cancellation. If they do not agree you will not get a FVF refund.

If you have refunded the buyer they should have no problem agreeing but sometimes the message from eBay can be misunderstood so it's best to give the buyer a heads up first.
