Help with Turbolister - New User Question

Hello,

I just started using Turbolister and was able to upload my first batch of listings successfully and have sync'd with Ebay.

My question now is about these listings appearing in Inventory.  Once I have created and uploaded the listings do I delete these listings in the Inventory section and just start creating my new/future listings?

Or should I create new folders under All Items for example by date of when I plan to list?

Just wondering how others do this...can't seem to find an example in the Help section.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Help with Turbolister - New User Question

How you manage your Turbo Lister is up to you. I create different folders for different catagories of items, and also have a folder for SOLD items. You can also rename your existing folders (eg; if you change from 5 day listing to 7 day listing, or add BIN). You can move items from folder to folder as you want.

I personally don't delete any of my listings until I get feedback (or it disapperas from ebay), once an item sells I move it into my sold folder. That way you won't mistakenly list something that you've already sold, and the listing will still be available if you get a dead-beat buyer. Once in awhile, I'll clean up my sold folder (delete from ebay, photobucket, my computer, throw postage receipts away)

Help with Turbolister - New User Question

My Turbolister  has all of my listings on file... since day 1.

I sell books...  as well as other types of inventory

Once sold  that listing is a template  if I find a new copy of a book already sold.... or other inventory

I used to keep files based on type of inventory sold.

I now keep files based on when the listing was uploaded.

And

If I want a specific listing I do a search of all files based on keywords in the title.

Very each to find an old listing
