I have about 500 listings to relist and was wondering if it would be better to list them all at one time or do a certain number each day over a 4-5 day time period.
Also I am listing 30 days fixed price. Is there a certain time of day that is better to start the listing or even a certain day of the week?
If anyone has data on this or insight would love to listen, many thanks

Are they auctions? When those end does make some difference.
With BINs, I would split it up over a few days but only so I could look them over for errors prior to relisting.

The one advantage to spreading them out is that they will appear more frequently for buyers using Newly Listed or "Ending Soonest" sorts.
As for time of day or day of the week......for Fixed Price listings it really doesn't make any difference other than on day one or day 30 and only if buyers use Newly Listed or Ending Soonest.
Bottom line: doing what you propose might make some tiny difference for a few minutes out of the 720 hours that a 30 day listing runs.

For BIN it doesn't really matter.
If your 30 day listings are all on eBay.CA don't forget to active today's 500 free listings offer first.

"I would just bulk list them. Less effort. I get a lot of overnight sales. BIN has no best time."
Ditto

Did you get the recent Free Listing promotion?
Personally, I would go with the five or six a day throughout the promotion period.
In my opinion/experience, I get a few more sales when a GTC item is newly listed each month or is about to expire.
So spreading them out makes sense to me.
And if you have a Store, put a link to your Store in your description in case the customer doesn't find exactly what he wants, he can continue shopping with you.
You already have nearly 500 listings-- a Store would allow you to sort them -- for example by team or by publishers or by year.
And sportscards are a perfect fit for Free Shipping-- which just means putting the cost of shipping into the asking price.
