Is the problem that your address is in Canada, but the painting is to be sent to Florida?
You may have some problems with your Paypal accounts, since I understand that only addresses in Canada can be added to an account backed by the Canadian banking system (bank account or credit card).
Your seller will want to have the Florida address on the PP payment.
Try to add the Florida address to your PP account. Did it attach?
Do you have a person (superintendent, concierge, sister) in Florida who will accept the package for you?
If you can communicate with the seller, she may be willing to wait until you are in Florida and send then when you are certain to be home to receive the painting. Or to make a special listing for you at that time if the painting is still available.
