I spent 30 minutes on the phone with these guys being bounced around to 3 different people. Then the 3rd guy is supposed to call me back with a resolution in a few hours and he calls me back and says he'll email me. When I ask him for a summary of what I wanted he didn't even know what I was talking about and started looking into my account. Wasn't he supposed to be doing that for the last few hours? Then this email he sends me is a bunch of ebay rules.
Don't get this. I want to complain to someone. But all I seem to be able to do is call back the same call center.

There is a live chat with an eBay manager on Wednesday at 1pm.
To avoid wasting your time and his, composethe details of your problem and also have a timeline of events in it.
