Hi there, I purchased an item from a seller at the end of August...I still have NOT received it.

i gave it more time since it was shipped internationally, and have been in contact witht he seller a few times, which he stated he did not have a tracking number and that he did send it.

WHat do I do now? It cost me 60.00

If an item has not been delivered after 30 days, ask the seller for the Delivery Confirmation number.

If it has not been delivered after 40 days, start an Item Not Received Dispute. This allows more time for the delivery to be made, without denying you a refund if it never does get delivered.

But

The deadline of 45 days has long passed and you will not be able to get a refund through eBay or Paypal

Go to the credit card that you use with your Paypal account and phone the customer service number on the back of the card. Ask the clerk about a chargeback. Have all your dates, values and transaction numbers handy for her to process the refund.

But even cc's have deadlines and 90 days is common. Phone now.
