Holiday returns

My listings are still showing "Accept holiday returns until Dec. 31st". Do we have to remove this ourselves?

I thought it would disappear on Jan. 1st.

Hi triber, none of the item in either of my stores shows the holidAy returns message now. However, I had a problem getting the message to stay during Dec. I kept having to re-join the program to get it to reappear, it kept dropping off. It did say that it should disappear as of Jan. 1st.

That's strange vintagenorth, mine in not showing on .ca but on all my .com listings. I guess I will have to try and find a way to remove it.

I just went over to .com and checked some of you items and the holiday returns isn't showing up on any I looked at. Do you think you need to clear your cache on your browser? I checked your items while using Safari on my iPad.

I checked a couple of your listings and I don't see it on either site.

Thanks for checking folks, it was coming up when I re-listed. I just changed it in my return policy on the SYI form, it looks as if I will have to change it on each re-listing, but if it's not showing up on the listings, it's not a problem.
