How can I cancel a transaction without affecting the buyer feedback and the other item paid?

So I listed an item with 2 quantity. The buyer clicked buy it now twice. He did pay right away but for only one of them. I contacted her and she confirmed it was a mistake for the second item.

So, when trying to cancel it, following the steps at Resolution Centre, I`m obligated to select the item I want to cancel but I want to cancel just 1 of the 2 quantuty sold to the same buyer. I`m afraid it will cancel all and refund the money to de buyer for the 1 she paid.

I wish I know the full answer but I do know that cancelling a transaction will not refund the buyer's money. Refunds are done through paypal.

Hopefully someone else will come along and provide you a better answer.
