There are no monthly fees for selling items. You're charged only for the items that you list or sell each month.

However, if you become an eBay Store owner or subscribe to a seller tool, you're billed for that subscription each month.

Keep in mind that:Top of Form

Some subscriptions are free for eBay Store owners. If you decide to close your eBay Store, be sure to review your other subscriptions.

If you no longer need a subscription, you can cancel it.

Note: “IF” you are not a eBay Store owner  and  you have not indicated that in your post that you are one, you can still subscribe to something that eBay will charge you a monthly fee.

Here is how to check to see if you are subscribing to anything to double check:

1. Go to your “My eBay summary page”
2. Point to your “Account”
3. Click on “Subscriptions”
4. Select what you don’t want and follow directions.
