How can I get eBay to list my eBooks?

As directed I am using the 'everything else 'category. I am following the template of others who have listed their eBooks.

Yet the eBay system just refuses to let me list. I include comments about having  resale rights to the content, about being aware of  the policy on not shipping digitally, etc. All to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong?.
