I have paid for a headphone by my credit card through paypal.
I am new on ebay, so I don't know the processs fo refunding.
I hava ased the seller to refund my money, but he hasn't replied me. What's next step? And i see the case list that shows me my case is ened. What's that mean? If i get refund, is my credit card chagerd or the money will come back to my paypal account. How can i do to transfer my money to my bank account.
Thank you very much! I am a beginner.

Hello 'alan',
You say you are new, so one of the most important things to know on ebay is how to pursue a refund. The following link explains this in wonderfully short simple language:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html
You say the case list shows your 'case is ended'? Did you close the case yourself? Or did you open a claim ages ago and wait with no results?
When a seller is unresponsive to the point where you decide that on or before day 43 you need to open a claim, - there is no use to continue contact with the seller. You must open a claim within 45 days from having paid for the item. Did you do that? On one hand you say you have a closed case, yet on the other you say you are so new you do not know the process. More information might be a good idea. 🙂
At any rate, if you are past the 45 day deadline, then you do have the option of a credit card chargeback. Do that now because there are deadlines for that, too.
And to answer your question about where the money goes, - it returns the same way it left. So if you use a credit card, a refund goes back on to your card. You will get a paypal notice saying 'Your payment has been refunded' in your regular email almost immediately, although it may take a few days for the loot to appear back on your card. Again, you can call your card Customer Service number and hear your transactions.
If you pay from a paypal balance or from your bank account with an echeque, a refund goes into your paypal account. You can transfer that back to your bank if you wish.
