How come my money is still pending in Paypal when i have sent the product and received a positive feedback ?

Hi eng9000.. Ebay has had a policy, through PayPal, for some time of placing a 21 day hold on new sellers or ones having below acceptable standards..

Take note of the criteria that ends new seller status.

Because of the hold on payments to new sellers, you will not receive your payment until the 21 day hold has expired.

BTW - there is no shipping charge attached to the listing for the 2 keychains.

If they are less than 2cm thick when packaged, they could go Letter/Light Packet which is cheap and fast, but cannot be tracked or insured. Sellers who use this service usually self-insure by adding a few pennies to each Handling charge as an "insurance premium".

Within Canada for parcel thicker than 2cm the cheapest rate is Expedited purchased through Paypal, because sellers get a 20-25% discount from PO counter prices on this service.
