First set up a Paypal account.
Now, back to eBay.
Read the title.
Read the description.
Look at the picture.
Do they match?
If not either move on, or Ask Seller A Question, to resolve.
Look at the Shipping and Handling tab
Does the seller ship to Canada?
Does the description include this:
Customs services and international tracking provided ?
If so the seller is using the Global Shipping Program and the shipping cost will be higher than that stated.
Add the price and the shipping costs together. Still a good deal?
Go to the seller's feedback.
Is it less than 98%. That's a bad rating. Move on.
If the rating is 98-100%, click on the number.
If there are any negative feedbacks, click on the number and read them. If they are obviously from nutjobs, don't worry. If they show a pattern (quality poor or slow shipping), move on.
If all that works out, and it takes only a few seconds, click on the Buy Now button. (Newbies should avoid auctions as too stressful). You have to click on two different buttons to authorize payment.
Wait from 7 to 30 days for your item to arrive.
