How do I change my Paypal Invoicing so Buyers have the option to Pay later?

Some buyers have been asking me to change my Paypal settings so that they can be billed later... but I don't know how to do this?

Does anyone know?

Sounds like they're talking about Bill Me Later - unfortunately it's currently not available in Canada.

Politely let them know that if they back their PP account so it draws from their credit card, they will automatically be able to pay at their leisure.

Further advantages, their payment is not delayed by having an e-cheque cleared by two banking systems (Canada and US) and should things go badly they have an extra layer of Buyer Protection (PP and the card's Chargeback policy).
