How do I change my shipping option for member pphan2001 for my item to come sooner. The amount is $24.00 I really need this item by Dec 7t

pphan2001 has told me if I pay $24.00 more my item will arrive in time for Dec 7th.  How do I go about to pay this balance to pphan2001?  I have paid for the item and normal shipping already, but they sent a message saying if I upgrade to First class mail I would get my item.    I really, really want this item in time

send the extra $ to his PayPal account; include a note that this is for the upgraded shipping. Now you'll have a record. Then when he prints the shipping label he can choose the upgraded shipping option.

You paid first class and i don't know what service the additional is buying but would have to be express.

If you proceed .. use send money.. Seller's PayPal email address is in "details" of the payment you sent. Choose services/other not ebay item as reason for payment. State item # etc in note.
