But if you want to be sure do your usual Search and look for this:
Customs services and international tracking provided
Which means the seller is , rightly or wrongly, using the new Global Shipping Program, and you will be charged the applicable duty and tax before the seller will ship. The approximate amount will be on the listing and a more accurate amount will show when you order.
