How do I get Ebay to refund me their fee after PayPal cancelled a payment and refunded the buyer?? Do I cancel the listing??

Someone bought an item from me seemingly using someone else's PayPal account.  PayPal enquired and refunded the account.

PayPal refunded me their fee, now how do I get EBay to do the same??

Unless your buyer would cooperate and agree to a mutual cancellation (highly unlikely) , only option is to use Customer Support and call ebay.
