How do I make purchases private when buyers leave feedback?

When buyers leave me feedback, other customers can see what they have purchased and can see the cost of the item.  How do I make the item private once a buyer leaves feedback? Thanks for your help!

You have to use the

"Private Listing Format"

When you submit the listing.
