How do I report a seller via e-mail

Here is the situation.

The seller I want to report has:

*  Printed up counterfeit sports cards int heir house violating ebay and copyright laws

* They refuse to refund me my money unless I change my negative review to a positive one (this is in writing)

* Has called me a  crazy" (again in writing as well as on their reply to my review) and has also called another seller a "moron"

I have decided NOT to engage this unstable person and have not responded to any of the many e-mails she has sent.

My question is - how do I report them to eBay via e-mail or an online for? i can only see a phone number and I am the type of person who likes to keep s record of things like this.

I think after reporting the seller they will go ballistic, and I may eventually end up closing my account, but people have to be made away of their counterfeiting.

A seller cannot refuse to refund your money just because they don't like you or what you are doing. Ebay policies and procedures prohibit that.

Open a Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) case with ebay and escalate it right away. It goes through the Resolution Centre and you don't waste time talking to the seller. Escalate as soon as possible. Pay attention to the timelines set out and call Customer Service for assistance where necessary.

If the cards are counterfeit, you can't be expected to keep them.
