How do I revise an invoice after payment because of extra shipping charges

Th  buyer and I agreed to send  the item by  faster method.  but the  buyer has already  paid the original invoice. How  do I revise an invoice after payment  to reflect just extra  shipping  charges

Hi...You need to refund the money and reinvoice the buyer with the agreed shipping cost, NOTE if doing it that way just enter the agreeded shipping cost and DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT click on the "Recalculate" button just preview and if correct then send, NOTE: NOTE doing that way protects you and the buyer, OR you could log into your PP (Paypal) account and use the "Request money" tab, NOTE: that way it don't protect the buyer.
