Helly 'kybf',
Did you know you have 45 days in which to initiate a claim for refund on an item
which does not arrive?
The following link will tell you all about what you need to do, and there is a further
link to the Resolution Center you can use:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/buy/item-not-received.html
If it has been more than 45 days, but you paid with a credit card, you may be able to
call the 1-800 number on the back of the card and inquire about a chargeback.
You must have all the transaction details and receipts in front of you when you call.
If it has been a very long time, there may be nothing at all you can do.
One of the most common questions on these boards is about items which never arrive.
Users with low feedback IDs are particularly at risk because they do not know how the
'buyer protection 'system works are are thus easy prey. Sorry.
So have a look at the information in the above link, it will be useful for your future purchases
even if it is too late for this one.
Best of luck.
