Determine what is the furthest place you will ship (this is for domestic shipping). Go to your shipping carrier's website and see how much shipping is to that furthest destination. You can use that as a basis for flat rate shipping. I don't know if the shipping calculator works on ebay.ca but if it does, you would enter the shipping weight of the item in the shipping calculator. I think dimensions too. You can add a reasonable handling fee. When a potential buyer sees your listing, they will be able to see how shipping be to their location.

Non payers should get unpaid item strikes and be added to block bidders lists. Period.

Weigh and measure your item. Use metric measurements.

Don't forget to add in the packaging.

On the Sell Your Item form, choose Calculated Shipping. It's a dropdown menu.

Choose the service you want to offer.

Now you get International Shipping.

Choose USA. Choose the service you want to offer.

Choose Offer Additional Service.

Choose the countries you want to ship to. Do NOT choose USA here or N&S America, as these will override your US shipping charge.

Go to Package Details

Enter the measurements and weight of the package.

Complete the form.

When your customer in Nunavut,  Illinois or Germany sees your listing, he will see the cost of shipping to his doorstep.
