How do you reach e-bay??Both my seller and I agreed to cancel but E-bay continues to hassle me

Both seller and I have Positively agreed to cancel a transaction but Ebay continues to hassle with automated responses to Force Payment for canceled transaction??

There are no e-mail options listed on e-bay to reach them personally and nothing but automated responses for "settling resolutions" that do not always fit their strict "click & pick" format?  If their automated responses are all that is available....I offer all my years of positive transactions to them to close per their "automated" responses!

The seller can request a cancellation by going to the Resolution Center or by using the pulldowns next to the item sold on their my ebay page. Then ebay will send you(the buyer) a message asking if you agree. Once you agree, the transaction has been cancelled and the seller will receive their ebay fees back.
