Does anyone know how long the timeline is, when a buyer opens a return request? A request for return has been opened. She claims to have returned item. I have repeatedly asked for a tracking #, she says she returned item Feb. 10 from the US, she's not responding to my request for a track. #, so far I have not received anything. Without a track. # from her, how will this get resolved? I am unable to respond on the "return requested" site. I contacted ebay CS, she said, there is a tech. glitch, and that they would look into it. Is there is anything else I can do? The funds are frozen in my Paypal acct. Thanks for any input.
