Have a look at your seller dashboard/performance to see if eBay is penalizing you in search standings.
You do have a relatively high amount of negative feedback and that will affect searches.
Also, Paypal disputes play a role as well.
If you have competitors with way better ratings, Best Match will preference their listings over yours. If the market is saturated with like product that would be a big factor as buyers often don't click past page one or two if they see what they are looking for right away.
The other thing too look for is keyword spamming. BM penalizes listings that continually shop tops but don't get clicked on. It takes less than a day to go Bottom Of The Pile.
By the same token BM penalizes listings that are clicked on but have poor funnel conversion

Avoiding negative feedback is an art form that takes a bit of time to master.
It's all about meeting or exceeding customer's expectations.
Under-promise and over-deliver.
You are, unfortunately, selling to a younger and, undoubtedly, tech-savvy crowd. They tend to be a little more trigger-happy.
Nonetheless, it's all about the rapport with your customer.
Timely shipping, sound product, shipping notifications, thank-you notes included in the package that mention feedback, etc, etc.
If you hit one of my listings and send me your email address, I'll send you a copy of our shipping notification (which mentions feedback) as well what we include with our packages.

If you can't click on one of our listings and send me a message that includes your email address then... um ... er... how should put it, politely? I am beginning to understand why you might be in your predicament 😉
And, yes, physical note in packages.
Bernie
PS: One can't post email address in the forum I believe.

Hi Bernie,
Our sales is dropping this month, it means the customer who left feedback turn less than before. How can i change the situation?.....
The fact is, we have disputes in paypal and high amount of negative feedback recently. I just want to turn back the situation to normal. Thanks
