I've been selling (a little anyways) a few months now and just realized that although I thought I was sometimes offering 2 shipping options (ie: small packets ground AND air, etc.)in fact I wasn't.
When I put in the check marks next to my "up to 3 options" in the Canada Post box and press offer services, nothing happens. I go back to my ad, and whatever was offered in the template I'm using is what shows up still. I then pick one option from the drop down menu, but since there are no checkmarks in there, I can't offer a second or third choice.
Hopefully this is clear enough to understand :(. What am I doing wrong? Usually the buyer want to pay as little as possible, but sometimes I'm sure they would pay a little more to get faster. But not if I don't offer it...
