How to prevent items showing on non-English ebay sites ?

Item listed in USA in English, German buyer purchased it and asked about wherebouts, it created dispute and Ebay forcing me to go to German site. I would like items not to be available for purchase on ebay.de, ebay.fr, ebay.es, ebay.it, ebay.pl or any other ebay site that is not in English, but without blocking those countries, is there any option like that?

If someone is registered on eBay... . on any site.... worldwide

They can go to eBay.com and view your listings.

and the same goes for eBay.ca, where they can also view your listings....

That is if you list to have your items show on .ca and .com.

However, if you block a country someone cannot buy if their Primary Mailing Address on eBay is their home country.

But if they have a Primary Mailing Address in a country to which you ship  they can buy and have it shipped to that address...

You cannot block any one from viewing... but you can selectively block countries, and prevent people from buying...

--------------------------------------------

I ship only to Canada and the US, and block all of the other countries worldwide.

Just before Christmas  I had someone from the UK buy and have me ship  to Vancouver... and then someone from Norway bought an item that was shipped to Calgary.

You can block buyers based on their Primary Mailing Address.... But you cannot block them from viewing your listings on eBay.

I list on Ebay.com, and my listings are NOT visible on Ebay.de. However, I sell a lot to customers in Germany, who simply visit Ebay.com website and find my items there.

Blocking countries would resolve your problem. But is it a good decision? I ship almost every day to Europe (mainly UK, but recently also to Luxembourg, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Germany, Greece, Poland, Lithuania ..... )

You can't.

Did you know that if I as a Canadian buyer were to go to eBay.de, plug in the listing number and purchase if I filed an INR or SNAD you would have to deal with me in German.

Seriously though, how many times does this happen and even when it does you should be able to navigate the German resolution centre, it's exactly the same other than the language. If you are familiar with the process it's easy enough to figure out, if you're not then use Google Translate to translate the page.

If you don't block buyers with German shipping addresses then anyone in Germany can see and buy your listing there on .de, you wouldn't even know unless a dispute was opened.

If you posted with your selling id I could provide the links for you.
