This is a new one on me in 15 years of being on eBay.
One buyer purchased 3 items.
They paid for all 3 items in one single payment.
3 Items were mailed to buyer.
2 Items arrived - one did not arrive.
I am unable to refund for the 1 item - as there is no 'refund' button on the payment in Paypal.
Contacted Paypal via email numerous times - they continue to answer my query with how to submit a dispute, acting as though it is me that is wanting to set up a dispute. It is clearly not, as I have point blank asked "i need to refund my buyer $xx of their $xxx payment"
Anybody have any suggestions?
