How was a seller able to remove a neutral feedback comment I left for her?

I made a purchase of 1 item last year through Ebay. I contacted the seller asking about combined shipping, because I needed 3 extra items. She sent me a paypal bill for those 3 items, which I believe were not purchased through ebay. I received all 4 items fine, and I didn't pay any extra customs fees, even though the shipment was made to Canada. The package was marked that I was excempted from paying the fees. About 3 months later, I ordered another 4 items. I contacted the same seller, but I did the whole purchase through ebay because I was afraid that the first time what she asked me to do wasn't right. The purchase was of similar items, similar weight and price. Even though I communicated with her, she didn't warn me that this time she wasn't going to excempt me from paying customs fees. When I received the package at home, I had to pay. I left a neutral comment about this seller, stating that her items are good, but it's not worthy to buy from Montreal, Canada. In the neutral comments, that I can read from her right now, there are other customers that I believe have gone through my similar bad experience: her favoring transactions outside the ebay or making differences in sending the packages to make us pay export taxes. My comments were removed. So, no other customers can be aware of what she does. I am an ebay member from not long ago, and I haven't made many purchases, but I haven't had this issue with other sellers.  Other customers from Montreal need to know why it is not recommended to purchase items from this seller. I cannot tell my whole story in a limited number of characters that there is in the feedback window. I don't understand why my feedback was removed. I didn't say anything offensive.

Feedback that are not related to the transaction itself or the seller's performance may be removed by eBay.

Customs fees are buyer's responsibility, not the seller's. As a buyer, you have to check if the item will be subject to customs duties.

Canadian postal importation rules : http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/import/postal-postale/duty-droits-eng.html

eBay rules about feedback removal : http://pages.ebay.ca/help/policies/feedback-removal.html

This type of Feedback may be removed:

Negative or neutral Feedback related solely to:

  • Customs delays or customs fees.
