You bought an item.
After receiving it, you decided you didn't want it.
This is called Buyer Remorse and requires the seller's consent and shipping paid by the buyer.
The seller agreed to accept the return and refund you.
There really was no need for eBay to get involved if the seller is willing to accept the return.
Just send it back WITH CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY.
The seller will refund you when she receives it.
If she does not, go to Paypal and open an Item Not As Described dispute there.
There is no need to contact the seller as suggested.
Just ask PP to step in, escalate to a Claim and give the tracking and confirmation of delivery in the Claim.
You will be refunded.
It is, in my opinion, always best to avoid Customer Service and go with robots.
