You can't revise once you have a bid.
Unless it is free, do not use subtitles. In most cases, they are a waste of money. They do not steer more people to your listing. Depending on what you're selling, gallery plus may be an unnecessary expense too.
You are the one who set the low starting price. If you have only one bidder, you will be obligated to sell at the starting price.
Go to the Customer Support at top of screen and read everything on selling.
When a listing ends, the buyer is obligated to pay for the item. Once payment has been received, the seller is obligated to ship the item. In the future, do not list items for less than you are willing to accept for them and add shipping. You will need a digital scale to determine accurate shipping cost plus a reasonable handling fee.
Non paying buyers deserve unpaid item strikes.
