I am bidding on a coin from a eBay member but eBay says I can't bid on any more as I have reached a bidding limit?? what the hell does that mean??

Probably because I don't do pay-pal and aleays pay with a money order, been doing it for years.

Never heard of that before.

Did you clear payment by money order with the seller before bidding?

While most sellers like receiving mo's, since the buyer pays the cost (sellers using Paypal pay a small fee) and there is no chance that a buyer can get a refund from a third party in case of a dispute, some take eBay's advice that they should only accept electronically traceable payments very literally, not realizing that this protects the buyer and not the seller.

Yes.. I asked the seller and he said that was fine that I could use a money order, and he put me on his 'favorite' list too, still don't work and you never can get hold of anyone at eBay??
