On the Sell Your Item form, under Shipping, there is a drop down menu.

Choose Calculated Shipping.

Choose your method of shipping – a named service like Light Packet or ExpressPost.

When you get to International Shipping, again there is a drop down menu.

Choose Custom Location.

Choose United States.
Choose named service.

Then if you want more countries – these will have a different rate.

Choose Additional Service

Choose Custom Location

Pick and choose among the named countries  DO NOT CHOOSE North and South America or United States or you will mess up your US shipping.

Then Choose Will Ship Worldwide but don’t name any countries.

The fill in the dimensions of your package in METRIC, which may require clicking on the Options link.

And the program will do the rest of the work for you.
