I am trying to pay for a product with my Visa Credit Card and it say's I have to go thru PAYPAL and then it asks for my email and a password, how do I creat a password.

When you registered for your account, you got to choose a password. You need to remember this password and not loose it. The way to get a new password is to sign out > Sign In > Forgot Password > enter your email > Submit. You will then get an email letting you choose a new password.

About the PP thing...

If you are registering for an eBay account, you might as well register for a free PayPal account. Some sellers will ONLY accept PP, and nothing else.

Paypal is a different business than eBay (although until recently eBay owned it). It was founded by Elon Musk, btw, the Tesla battery guy.

When you sign up for a PP account, they put a few pennies into your bank account and ask you how much it was. Then they open your account and remove the pennies. The pennies were a simple form of identification confirmation, eh?

PP means your seller never has access to your financial information. And it gives you another level of Buyer Protection in occasional problems. (This is also available through eBay and if you choose to attach your credit card to your PP account, the card's chargeback program.)
