Hi, i have 3 different items from 3 different sellers all in India whose due dates are all 2 weeks late, I am in canada and items iv'e bought in the past from India always arrived BEFORE the due date. I am not sure if i should request refunds from all 3? or wait longer? what is the limit for requesting refunds in case i don't receive them ? thank you for your help.

The fact all three orders from the same origin country are late would lead me to suspect it is a systemic delay and likely not the fault of the seller.
Look at your Order Details and mark the end of the 30-day after period on your calendar so you don't miss it.
But do give the sellers a bit more time. Probably they did nothing wrong and this is a carrier or Customs delay.
If you miss the 30-day Moneyback Guarantee with ebay, you can always go to Paypal to file an Item Not Received (INR) case up to 180 days from purchase. You'll see that cut-off date right on your transaction. It will say how long you have to file with them if there is a problem.

Hi, you have up to 30 days from the last estimated arrival date to file an item not received case through ebay and you have up to 180 days from the date you made the payment to file an item not received case through PayPal. The fact that all 3 are late could indicate a mail delay due to holiday volumes or customs volumes perhaps.
