It sounds as if you have an item Significantly Not As Described case.
Log out of the account you have now created, clear your browser history and cache, restart, and then go to the original email you would have received when you placed your order. It has your access code. Use that email to log into your guest order. Open a Return request.
Do this as soon as possible. With ebay's MoneyBack Guarantee you have up to 30 days after the delivery estimate to open your case.
You can also open a case in Paypal (if that was your payment method) or your credit card provider but they will require you to return the item (must be returned with tracking) for a refund. Return tracking on international purchases is often too costly to bear. With cases of Significantly Not As Described, ebay compels the seller to say return shipping so use ebay if you can.
Also, make certain to follow ebay directions as closely as possible and make sure you understand what you've been told to do. If you don't ask here or call Customer Service. International returns tend to be a little more complicated than domestic ones.
Come back for more (or better) advice if this does not work.
In future, as a new ebayer, you may want instead to stick to sellers closer to home. I wrote a guide to buying on ebay hat you might find helpful. http://www.ebay.ca/gds/10-Steps-to-Hassle-Free-Buying-on-eBay-/10000000204740571/g.html
