Hello.
I am looking for information about an issue I had for quite some time. Basically, I can't seem to access items I bought. None of them appear in the Purchase history. I can see the items in the Archived section of the Purchase history, but I cannot pay nor leave feedback for those.
Why do my items not show in Purchase history? How can I access them?
